Cooking has always been a great passion for me since I was a child.

Growing up in a family where Mediterranean cuisine was an everyday “ on a plate”, inspired by “always fresh” native products, I have used the Mediterranean flavors in a classic and modern way to create my dishes.

Working and learning from 2* and 3* Michelin Chefs at restaurants such as L’epicurian Hotel LE BRISTOL Paris,France,Restaurant Noma, Copenhagen, Denmark , has given me an insight to fine dining Cuisine, where I have found myself enjoying the most and being able to express myself in the best way...
